Born in London in 1978, Natalie Palmer-Sutton comes from a family of artists. A professional artist since 1999, her work has been exhibited alongside Sir Peter Blake and Sir Terry Frost, with a collection now hanging on the magic walls of Tin-Pan Alley Studio London, where the Beatles, Hendrix and Paul McCartney recorded.
Also an Art-Director, Natalie has created advertising for the ‘Mad-Men’ Inspired Agency, Ogilvy, for brands like Dove, Comfort & Snuggle. Plus a naughty campaign on the side to “Save Santa’s Home’ for Greenpeace.
As an illustrator, Natalie works with ink & mixed media and is currently working on two books.
Her abstract work is layered and textured, often inspired by literature, architechture and the fusion of natural and man-made products. The build-up of acrylics and ‘found’ objects give a tangled, 3-dimensional aspect to her work. Her work has a calming feel, with simple symmetry and a blend of natural colours which interact with the light.
Palmer-Sutton is always in demand for both private and corporate commissions.
